Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land for an area not exceeding 1210 square metres in the Town of Springdale in the Electoral District of Windsor-Springdale, for the purpose of a parking lot, to Byron Noble, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
