Under the authority of section 52 of the Income and Employment Support Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Regulations entitled “Income and Employment Support Regulations”, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will replace the current “Social Assistance Regulations” and provide information respecting applications, eligibility, income support rates and available employment supports.
