Child, Youth and Family Services Act
Under the authority of section 82 of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor to bring Part VIII of the Act into force on the date of publication in the Newfoundland and Labrador Gazette.
