Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister Responsible for Aboriginal Affairs and the Premier as the Minister Responsible for Intergovernmental Affairs, to sign the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement and the accompanying Implementation Plan, substantially in the form of the copies on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
