Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $300,000 against its 2015-16 budget appropriations to enter into a contract with Martin Johnson for the on-site supervision of the construction of two 80-metre roll-on / roll-off ferry vessels currently being built at Damen Shipyards, Romania.
