Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a licence to occupy Crown Land comprising an area of 0.1035 hectares to Ted Noble in the electoral district of Baie Verte for the purpose of an existing boat house, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such licences.
