Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Joan Cleary as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission effective from a current date, at a rate of compensation of $475 per day.
