Under the authority of section 65 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled “Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, which will allow for amendments to clauses 6.4.2 and 6.4.3 of the Canadian Standards Association “Occupational Safety Code for Diving Operations” respecting crew composition and crew size, for purposes of seafood harvesting, for the period of October 8, 2004 to April 30, 2005.
