Under the authority of the prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the position of Crown Attorney in the Public Prosecutions Division of the Department of Justice, with remuneration on the Solicitors’ Pay Plan as noted, including payment of the annual practice fee to the Law Society of Newfoundland, as follows:

i) Tina Walsh (Grand Falls-Windsor) - Solicitor IV, Step 6; and

ii) Tanya Carter (Stephenville) - Solicitor IV, Step 1.
