Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the extension of the lease of 12,145 square feet of office space in the Templeton Building, St. John’s, from R.A. Templeton Limited for the Department of Human Resources, Labour and Employment, under the existing terms and conditions and at a rental rate of $16.46 per square foot, $199,906.00 per annum, to September 30, 2005
