Under the authority of section 18 of the Labour-Sponsored Venture Capital Tax Credit Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make Regulations entitled, “Labour-Sponsored Venture Capital Tax Credit Regulations,” a copy of which are on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
