Under the authority of section15(2) of the Executive Council Act and section 55 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to sell, at a nominal price, the land and partially completed structure for the proposed Grand Bank Health Centre Facility to the Town of Grand Bank.
