Under the authority of section 5 of the Liquor Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Michael Monaghan as Vice-Chairperson and Agnes Richard as Member to the Board of Directors of the Liquor Corporation of Newfoundland and Labrador, effective from a current date for a three year term.
