Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 4 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the following appointments to the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Commission effective from a current date:

  i)  Jack Parsons, Employer Representative, for a three year term;

 ii)  Darren Roberts, Employer Representative, for an indefinite period; and

iii)  Grant Barnes, Employee Representative, for a three year term.
