Lands Act
Under the authority of section 7(2)(e) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a licence to occupy for an area not exceeding 300 square meters of Crown land situated at Winterton, in the Electoral District of Trinity, Bay de Verde to the Winterton Harbour Authority, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
