Under the authority of section 15(2) of the Executive Council Act and section 56 of the Expropriation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to transfer the administration and control of 0.234 hectares of land in Belleoram, Fortune Bay, as more particularly described in Appendix A of the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Her Majesty in Right of Canada, as represented by the Department of Public Works and Government Services Canada, for the use of the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, subject to the usual terms and conditions for such transfers.
