Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act and on the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor of a  conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situated at the Town of Holyrood, in the Electoral District of Conception Bay South, as described in Schedule A of the draft Conveyance attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Carol Lynk (nee Dunphy), as Executrix of the Estate of Mary Dunphy, subject to the provision of an Indemnification by Carol Lynk (nee Dunphy) as Executrix of the Estate of Mary Dunphy.
