Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act and on the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor of a conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situated at Clement’s Place in the Town of Torbay, as described in Schedule A of the draft Conveyance attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to Rita Bragg, as Administratrix of the Estate of William Leonard Clements, subject to the provision of an Indemnification by Rita Bragg, as Administratrix of the Estate of William Leonard Clements.
