Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 3 of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make an Order entitled the “Town of Trinity Bay North Order”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to disincorporate the Towns of Catalina, Port Union and Melrose and incorporate the Town of Trinity Bay North.
