Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 3(1)(d) of the Municipalities Act, 1999, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby makes an Order entitled the “Town of Biscay Bay Disincorporation Order”, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to disincorporate the Town of Biscay Bay, effective January 1, 2005.
