Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council authorizes the extension of the lease of 19,869 square feet of space in the Blundon Building, Gander, for the Central Health and Community Services Board, from Blundon’s Realty Limited, under the existing terms and conditions and at an increased rental rate of $14.85 per square foot plus an escalation for an increase in utilities, for a one year term from November 1, 2004 to October 31, 2005.
