Under the authority of sections 3 and 9 of the Industrial Development Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the position of Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture to the membership of the Newfoundland and Labrador Industrial Development Corporation, with the understanding that the Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture would only participate in the decision-making of the Corporation respecting fisheries related matters.
