Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint John Abbott as Deputy Minister, Department of Health and Community Services, effective December 6, 2004, with salary set at Step 21 of the 2448 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
