Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to permanently close a section of a provincial road reservation in Carmanville and transfer forever the associated lands to the Minister of Fisheries and Land Resources for administration and control by the Crown Lands Division.
