Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to pre-commit funds of $323,000 against its 2005-2006 budgetary appropriations and $150,000 against its 2006-2007 budgetary appropriations, to implement projects outlined in Appendix A attached to the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
