Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Gary Cake as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet - Economic Policy, effective November 1, 2004, at his current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
