Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Donna Kelland as Assistant Deputy Minister - Government Services in the Department of Government Services, effective November 1, 2004, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, on a personal basis.
