Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Bill MacKenzie as Assistant Deputy Minister - Trade and Investment in the Department of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development, effective November 1, 2004, with his salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures.
