Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Denis Abbott as Assistant Secretary to Cabinet - Communications, effective November 15, 2004, at Step 18 on the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan.
