Executive Council Act
Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Karen McCarthy as Assistant Deputy Minister of Policy and Planning, of the Labour Relations Agency, effective November 15, 2004, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, on a personal basis.
