Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a licence to occupy for an area not exceeding 0.059 hectares of Crown land situated at Bartlett’s Harbour in the Electoral District of St. Barbe to the St. Barbe Development Association, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
