Under the authority of section 7(2)(a) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a licence to occupy for an area not exceeding 565 square meters of Crown land situated at Josephine’s Cove in the Electoral District of St. Barbe to the St. Barbe Development Association, subject to the normal terms and conditions of such licences to occupy.
