Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 9 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Peter Shea as Chief Information Officer in the Department of Business, effective November 15, 2004, in accordance with the terms and conditions of his contract on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
