Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Review Division, effective from a current date:

i) Robert Lundrigan, Chief Review Commissioner, for a five year term; and

ii) Kimberly Burridge, Review Commissioner, for a three year term.
