Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 5 of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor is pleased to appoint/reappoint the following individuals to the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation effective January 1, 2005:

Appointments                                                                        

i) Edna Turpin, for a thirty-six month term;

ii) Linda Sheppard, for a twenty-four month term;

iii) Tom Clift, for a twenty-four month term; and

Reappointment

iv) Bill Kelly, for a twenty-four month term.
