Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act and on the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor of a Conveyance and Release of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property situate and being at 81 Craigmillar Avenue in the City of St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, as described in the draft Conveyance attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to the Applicant, Sandra Murphy, as Administrator of the Estate of Emma Jean Bell, subject to the provision of an Indemnification by the said Sandra Murphy
