Under the authority of section 4(1) of the Crown Royalties Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to establish an arbitration and appoint Bob Healey effective from a current date, as government’s nominee to the Board of Arbitration consisting of three persons to participate in the resolution of an outstanding dispute between the Department of Finance and the Iron Ore Company of Canada with respect to the calculation of royalty under the Labrador Mining and Exploration Company Limited Act.
