Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development to enter into a contractual arrangement with AMEC Earth and Environmental, a division of AMEC Americas Limited, to carry out the study for “Newfoundland and Labrador’s Blueprint for Sustainable Economic Growth through Innovation.”
