Under the authority of section 11 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Innovation, Trade and Rural Development and the Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board to enter into the “Amended and Restated Industrial Benefits Agreement – Amending Agreement,” with XWAVE SOLUTIONS INC., along the lines of the draft agreement on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
