Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation to lease 18,200 square feet of combined office/warehouse space at 79 Blackmarsh Road, St. John’s from Group Holdings Ltd. for a one year period January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2005, under the existing terms and conditions and at an increased rental rate of $7.05 per square foot for a total rental amount of $128,310.00 per annum.
