Under the authority of section 357(2) of the Corporations Act and on the advice of the Attorney General, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the execution by His Honour the Lieutenant Governor of a Conveyance of the interest of Her Majesty in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador in and to the real property located at Gillies Road, St. John’s, as described in the draft Conveyance attached to the Minister’s submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to C.A. Pippy Park Commission.
