Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Milly Brown as Associate Secretary to Cabinet (Communications), effective September 15, 2014, with salary at step 14 on the 1856 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
