Under the authority of section 39 of the Retail Sales Tax Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the incumbents of the following positions within the Department of Finance as Inspectors under the Retail Sales Tax Act, effective November 1, 2004:

  i)    Deputy Minister;

 ii)   Assistant Deputy Minister;

iii)   Director of Tax Administration;

 iv)   Tax Audit Manager;

  v)   Manager of Tax Collections;

 vi)   Manager of Support Services;

vii)   Tax Auditor (all classification levels);

viii)  Gasoline and Tobacco Tax Inspector;

 ix)   Tax Compliance Officer;

  x)   Tax Collection Supervisor; and

 xi)   Tax Collection Officer.
