Under the authority ofsubsections 5(2), 6(1) and 6(5) of the Hydro Corporation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint Mr. William E. Wells as a member and President of the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro-Electric Corporation, effective January 1, 2005 until June 30, 2005.
