Under the authority of section 77 of “An Act to Provide the Public with Access to Information and Protection of Privacy,” the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to cause a proclamation to be issued for the signature of His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, to bring section 42.1 of the Act into force on December 13, 2004, and to bring the remaining provisions of the Act, excluding Part IV, into force on January 17, 2005.
