Under the authority of section 5 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to designate Sheila Devine as Chairperson of the Public Service Commission, effective December 6, 2004, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
