Under the authority of section 5 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Keith Barry as a Member of the Public Service Commission, effective January 4, 2005, with salary set at Step 25 of the 1056 Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
