Lands Act
Under the authority of section 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance of a grant not exceeding 63 hectares of Crown land situated at Freshwater, Burin, in the Electoral District of Grand Bank to Crosswinds Enterprises Ltd., subject to the normal terms and conditions of such grants.
