Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Loretta Chard as Assistant Deputy Minister (Policy and Planning) in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective from April 21, 2003, at her current salary and point scale on the Executive Compensation Plan.
