Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Moira Hennessey as Assistant Deputy Minister (Board Services) in the Department of Health and Community Services, effective from April 21, 2003, with her current salary to continue until such time as her salary is determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
